The resort has a lot of potential with its spacious family-sized rooms and a range of amenities. However, it feels like it's in serious need of refurbishment, as several areas are dated and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, which is a plus, but the overall experience was hampered by issues in the room quality and maintenance.
